Job Description

  1. Take inbound calls/chats/emails and satisfy customer needs.
  2. Achieve established standards for call handling quality and productivity.
  3. To resolve the complaints of customers over the call and launch system complaints
  4. To identify and handle customer inquiries and respond to customer questions in the best possible manner
  5. To meet all the other quality benchmarks established based on consumer feedback and surveys.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and practices
  7. Good communication skills
  8. To ensure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported, highlighted and rectified.

Skills Required

 

  1. Hard working and Dependable.
  2. Must possess great written and verbal English communication skills.
  3. Should be able to develop relationships with team members and managers.
  4. Good customer service orientation.
  5. Spontaneous in his / her responses.
  6. Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever (personal history of success).
  7. Confident.
  8. Proficient and Articulate in English language (Excellent accent, Diction, Grammar, Sentence structures)
