Job Description

  1. To monitor Administration and schedule their activities.
  2. To procure consumables, preparing purchase order, inviting tenders.
  3. To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the management.
  4. Must keep records of purchases and housekeeping duty roaster.
  5. Housekeeping of the office, ensure that office is tidy and clean at all times and cleaning material is available.
  6. Ensure that all electrical appliances are in working condition and they are properly maintained.
