 Job Description

  1. Have to write, review proofread content on a variety of subjects
  2. Have to perform technical & non-technical writing
  3. Must be able to write creative unique content for various websites after conducting research.
  4. To make sure that team remains motivated and their performance is up to the par.
  5. Resolve departmental concerns. Conduct meetings with the team which includes listening of their issues, resolution and planning of further developments in the department.
  6. Participate in new-hire interviews.
  7. Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
  8. Help to handle the workload, if and when feasible and appropriate.
  9. Take responsibility of all the tasks being performed by the team
  10. Conduct trainings and coordinate with quality assurance to identify systemic quality-improvement opportunities.
  11. Perform entertaining activities in the department to keep the team motivated.

Skills Required

  1. Able to write content on a variety of subjects.
  2. Proficient in technical and non-technical writing.
  3. Able to conduct periodic check on content quality.
  4. Able to conduct periodic check on writer’s & reviewer’s quality.
  5. Have an understanding of the formats of different kinds of technical and non-technical writing.
  6. Able to conduct online research, generate content for various websites and write creative unique content.
  7. And produce quality content with proper research in the specific format.
  8. Command over MS Office, Internet Researching and Strong grip on English Language.
  9. Must have some previous experience in the any writing firm.
  10. Excellent writing, editing and computer skills
  11. Positive attitude and maintain discipline within the department.
  12. Punctuality and discipline an incumbent must possess.
